For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the no77 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified no77 of unauthorised access without undue delay.

no77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. no77 does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which no77 accepts no liability.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your no77 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity. no77 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering checks and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance and used in gaming activity. Contact our support team as early as possible if you believe an error has occurred.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

All bets placed on the no77 platform are subject to the following general rules:

• no77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a systems error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the no77 platform. Breach of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account, including proxy or shared accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to no77 support immediately.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration, during KYC, or at any other stage of account use.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward no77 staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.

All content on the no77 platform — including but not limited to the no77 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of no77 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the no77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any no77 content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any no77 software.
• Creating derivative works based on no77 content without explicit written consent.

no77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
